Having Research Guidance & Teaching experience of 28 years and guided by 4 M.Phil., 16 Ph.D.’s published 60 articles in National and International Journals and Books in addition to 8 books published participated. 99 National International Seminars conferences. Served as Women’s Studies Director, Head, UG & PG BOS members Chairman at many Universities and currently PG BOS Chairperson, Dept of Sociology & Social Work. Organised 2 National Seminars and Worked as project Co-ordinator in Major Research Project. Received 4 awards to having 15 years of Administrative Experience. Delivered lecturers in All India Radio.
